Saturday, January 21, 2023 - Exploring Teas: Advanced Workshop - Test your tastebuds and tea knowledge as we taste a selection of teas "blind" in this fun and informative seminar. An exploration into unique teas - by process, terroir, and/or scarcity. Best for those who have attended past basic tea seminars, or are familiar with basic tea styles.. Saturday, March 4, 2023 - A World of Tea - This often requested seminar on the basics of tea is back! Learn about and taste teas from around the globe in its many styles - white, green, oolong, black and dark teas as well as the history and botanical aspects of the tea plant. Saturday, March 25, 2023 - Exploring Teas: An Advanced Workshop - This popular seminar returns with all new mystery teas! Can you tell from its color, aroma, and taste the origin and style of each tea? A reveal and discussion of each tea's unique characteristics - whether  by process, terroir, and/or scarcity - makes for a lively and informative seminar. Tea as a recipe ingredient will be discussed and tea treats sampled at each seminar. Every participant will go home with a tea sampler.

Operators are standing by  9 a.m. - 4 p.m, Monday-Friday. For ease of reference, fill out a registration form before calling or have the Class Activity Codes and your credit card (VISA/MasterCard only) handy.

VISA/MasterCard payments only. Sorry, but due to registration volume, the county cannot confirm fax receipt. Faxed registrations are processed beginning 9 am on the first day of registration. Faxed registrations received prior to the first day of registration will be held until that date.
